Flange mounting nut on driven shaft - 150 Nm

Fastening nut on the front end of the driven shaft - 80 Nm

Intermediate shaft fastening nut
  • front - 150 Nm
  • rear - 150 Nm

Filler and drain plugs - max 60 Nm

Bolt for fastening levers on gear shift cover - 25 Nm

Bolts (M7) for fastening the gearshift cover, front and rear covers to the gearbox housing - 15 Nm

Automatic transmission (all models)



M10 bolts for fastening the gearbox to the engine - 55 Nm

M12 bolts or M12 Allen bolts:

Gearbox to engine mounts - 65 Nm

Torque converter mounting bolts - 42 Nm

Primary pump mounting bolts - 20 Nm

Front and rear crankcase halves mounting bolts - 13 Nm

Flange mounting nut on driven shaft - 120 Nm

Secondary pump mounting nut - 8 Nm

Tachometer drive mounting bolts - 8 Nm

Bolts for fastening the valve body to the gearbox housing - 13 Nm

Bolts for fastening the oil pan to the crankcase of the switching valve - 7 Nm

Bolts for fastening the oil filter to the valve body - 4 Nm

Starter interlock switch and reverse light switch mounting bolts - 5 Nm

Kick Down Solenoid Valve Fastening - 20 Nm

Fastenings of the quick fill valve - 20-25 Nm
