N26 / 5 - Electronic lock control module
1. On models of the corresponding configuration (code ET2) activate the service mode of the TELE AID emergency call system (see Section Activation / deactivation of the service mode of the TELE AID emergency call system).
2. Remove the lower section of the instrument panel trim from the driver's side of the car (see chapter Body).
3. If equipped, remove the knee brace (see chapter Body).
4. Turn to the side of the sample and remove the mounting bolt (37m).
5. Release the electronic lock control module (N26/5) from the sleeve of the steering column (71)
6. Turn on the auxiliary battery and connect it to the standard battery, then disconnect the negative cable from the latter.

8 - Module positive wire terminal
9 - Terminal of the negative wire of the module
W10 - Battery Ground
7. Disconnect the connector (37r).
8. Installation is carried out in the reverse order.
9. Deactivate the service mode of the TELE AID system if equipped accordingly.
10. In conclusion, clear the memory of the processor of the on-board self-diagnosis system (see chapter Engine Electrical Systems).
