Activation
Note: Alternatively, the TELE AID service mode can be activated via the STAR DIAGNOSIS reader menu layout (contact the specialists of the Mercedes-Benz branded service station).
PIN code of TELE AID SIM card is known
Turn on the ignition, then turn on the phone and enter the code *#4610#. Next, confirm the message "No telematic service" by pressing the "OK" button. Remove the key from the ignition and turn off the phone.
TELE AID SIM card PIN code is unknown
Turn on the ignition, then turn on the phone and hold down the "C" button for about 5 seconds. Then, dial the code *#4610# and, confirm the message "No telematic service" by pressing the "OK" button. Remove the key from the ignition and turn off the phone.
Deactivation

Turn on the ignition and press the "OK" button on your phone to confirm the message "Leave telematic service", then confirm the message "No telematic service".
