Always give as much information as possible when ordering spare parts. Specify vehicle type designation, chassis number, engine number and, if applicable, vehicle identification number.
Plate with identification number (VIN) attached to the transverse panel under the hood in the engine compartment and is visible when the hood is open. Vehicle identification number (chassis) also knocked out from above on the tower of the right suspension strut.
The body number and paint code are identified on a painted plate, which is also attached to the cross member of the engine cover, where it is located next to the VIN plate (see fig.).
The engine number, depending on the model, is either stamped on the rear right side of the cylinder block or left on the front surface of the cylinder block.
