Removal
1. Open the trunk lid, unscrew the two bolts and remove the lock (see fig. 15.1).

2. If a central lock is installed, unscrew the three screws securing the electromagnet (see fig. 15.2) and disconnect the lock drive rod before removing.

3. To remove the solenoid, disconnect the vacuum hose and remove the assembly from the hole in the trunk lid.
Installation
4. Installation is carried out in the reverse order. Adjust the lock stop plate to ensure satisfactory closing and opening of the trunk lid.
