Removal



1. Remove the front wheel.

2. Remove and inspect the brake disc.

3. Remove the 9th hub cover.

4. Loosen bolt 9i, unscrew nut 9d and remove outer tapered roller bearing 9m.

5. Remove the front wheel hub 9.

Examination



1. Check the rear protective shield 35. If necessary, press it down.

2. Check journal 5a for wear on the bearing seats or the contact surface of the sealing rings.

3. Check the tapered roller bearing, its rings and sealing rings.

Installation



Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.

Amount of grease for the hub: in the cover - 15 g, total amount - 60 g.
