Fuel Rail Installation Details with Injectors (LH-SFI)
16 - Bolt; 16/8 - Sealing ring; 17 - Fuel distribution line; 17/2 - Return fuel line; 173 - Fuel injection line; Y62 - Injectors

1. Release the pressure using the special valve on the fuel distribution line.

2. Disconnect all electrical connectors from the fuel rail and intake manifold.

3. Disconnect the vacuum pipe from the brake booster.

4. Disconnect the crankcase ventilation tube.

5. Disconnect the vacuum line from the fuel pressure regulator.

6. Disconnect the pressure (17/3) and return (17/2) fuel lines.

7. Disconnect the connectors (arrow).

8. Unscrew the bolts (16).

9. Remove the fuel distribution line (17) with injectors from the intake manifold.

10. Replace the sealing rings (16/8). Check the injectors.

Installation



Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.

16 - Bolt; 16/8 - Sealing ring; 17 - Fuel distribution line; 17/2 - Return fuel line; 173 - Fuel injection line; N3/10 - Engine Control Unit (ME-SFI); Y62 - Injector




1. Relieve the fuel pressure using the special valve on the distribution line.

2. Disconnect all electrical connectors from the fuel rail and intake manifold.

3. Disconnect the vacuum pipe from the brake booster.

4. Disconnect the crankcase ventilation tube.

5. Disconnect the vacuum line from the fuel pressure regulator.

6. Disconnect the pressure (17/3) and return (17/2) fuel lines.

7. Disconnect the wiring connectors from the injectors (Y62).

8. Disconnect the wiring connector from the engine control unit (N3/10) and the connector (arrow).

9. Remove the left ignition coil cover.

10. Unscrew the bolts (16).

11. Remove the fuel distribution line (17) with injectors from the intake manifold.

12. Replace the sealing rings (16/8). Check the injectors.

Installation



Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
