Removal
1. While holding the joint tail from turning, loosen the tie rod mounting nuts (10) to the corresponding steering gear components.
2. Using the drift (051) No.140 589 00 63 00 and the puller (050) No.140 589 00 33 00, release both tie rod ends from the corresponding steering gear components.
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order. Do not forget to replace all self-locking fasteners and tighten the new nuts with a force of 50 Nm.
