Installation details of the heating circulation pump
1. Remove the crankcase guard.
2. Drain the cooling system (see Chapter Routine care and maintenance).
3. Remove the engine cover/air cleaner (see Chapter Fuel and exhaust systems).
4. Remove the right air intake hose (1), - on models equipped with a 612 series engine, disconnect the connector on the crankcase ventilation hose.
5. Disconnect the connector (2) of the circulation pump wiring (M13).
6. Loosen the fastening clamps (3) and disconnect the hoses (4 and 5).
7. Remove the right front wheel arch protection liner.
8. Loosen the fastening screws (6) and, pulling upwards, remove the circulation pump assembly (M13).

9. Installation is carried out in reverse order.
10. Finally, check the cooling system components for signs of developing leaks.
