111 series engine water pump installation details
1. Details of the installation of the 111 series engine water pump are shown in the illustration, to which all references in the text refer.
2. Remove the viscous cooling fan assembly (see Section Removing and installing the cooling fan assembly).
3. Empty the cooling system (see chapter Checking the cooling system and frost resistance of the coolant, changing the fluid).
4. Disconnect the coolant hoses (11, 12 and 13).
5. Loosen the combination bolts equipped with washers (33a) pulley mounting (33) drive belt.
6. Remove the accessory drive belt (2)
7. Remove pulley (33).
8. Turn out fixing bolts and remove assembly of the water pump (34) from the engine.
9. Thoroughly clean the mating surfaces and prepare a new seal (35).
10. Installation is carried out in the reverse order.
11. Finally, check the cooling system for signs of leak development.

Water pump installation details for 112 and 113 series engines

1. Details of the installation of the water pump of the engines of the 112 and 113 series are shown in the illustration, to which all references in the text refer.
2. Remove the engine trim panel/air cleaner.
3. Remove the fan assembly (see Section Removing and installing the cooling fan assembly).
4. After disconnecting the lower hose of the cooling path from the radiator or water pump, drain the coolant from the radiator.
5. Remove the accessory drive belt (2).
6. Remove the accessory drive belt tensioner (see chapter Engine).
7. Remove coolant hoses (4 and 5).
8. Disconnect the hose (6) from the liquid heat exchanger of the engine lubrication system.
9. Remove the water pump drive pulley (7).
10. Turn out fixing bolts and remove pump assembly (8).
11. Installation is in reverse order - do not forget to replace the seal (9).

612 Series Engine Water Pump Installation Details
1. Details of the installation of the 612 series engine water pump are shown in the illustration, to which all references in the text refer.
2. Empty the cooling system (see chapter Checking the cooling system and frost resistance of the coolant, changing the fluid).
3. Remove trim panels (1 and 2).
4. Remove fan assembly (see Section Removing and installing the cooling fan assembly).
5. Remove the accessory drive belt (3).
6. Remove coolant hoses (4 and 5).
7. Pry off the cover (6) guide roller (7).
8. Remove the guide roller (7).
9. Disconnect the fuel line (8) from shutoff valve (Y75).
10. Turn out fixing bolts and remove assembly of the water pump (9).
11. Thoroughly clean the mating surfaces and prepare a new gasket.
12. Installation is carried out in the reverse order.
13. Finally, check the cooling system for signs of leak development.

628 Series Engine Water Pump Installation Details

1. Details of the installation of the water pump of the 628 series engine are shown in the illustration, to which all references in the text refer.
2. Empty the cooling system (see chapter Checking the cooling system and frost resistance of the coolant, changing the fluid).
3. Remove the fan assembly (1).
4. Remove the bypass sleeve of the air boost path.
5. Remove the guide tube for the engine oil dipstick.
6. Remove the accessory drive belt.
7. Remove the guide roller (4).
8. Disconnect from water pump (7) coolant hoses (5 and 6).
9. Turn out fixing screws and remove pump assembly.
Note. In order to provide access to the mounting bolt (7s) rotate the crankshaft through the hole in the pulley in the direction of normal rotation.
10. Installation is carried out in the reverse order - do not forget to replace the pump seal.
11. Finally, check the cooling system for signs of leak development.
