Right headlight
1. Horizontal adjustment
2. Height adjustment
Correct headlight adjustment is of great importance for ensuring traffic safety. Precise adjustment can only be made using a special installation device. Therefore, below we only indicate where the headlights can be adjusted and what conditions must be met for correct adjustment.
Tires must have the prescribed air pressure.
Place a 75 kg load on the driver's seat of an unloaded vehicle (weight of one person).
1. Fill the fuel tank.
2. Place the vehicle on a level surface.
3. Press down hard on the front of the car several times to settle the front wheel suspension springs.
4. Set the headlight aiming angle adjustment to "O". Start the engine and let it run for a short time. Press the accelerator pedal several times to create sufficient vacuum. Turn off the engine.
5. The headlights can only be adjusted in low beam mode. The measure of the slope of the upper light-shadow border is 10 cm per 10 m of distance. Due to the general placement in one block headlight (headlight and side light in one housing), the position of the high beam headlights and fog lights is also adjusted.
6. The mounting screws should extend into the engine compartment.
