Heated front seats
The front seats can be heated in two modes. It can be controlled by one of the two switches in the left or right front door control units (N69/1)/(N69/2). The heating mode is indicated by two (three) LEDs located above the switches. Heating is performed by rectangular voltage pulses (20-30 Hz). The duty cycle in mode 1 is 3.7, and in mode 2-1 (refer to Section Using an Oscilloscope to Monitor Signals in Control System Circuits). Switching off is done manually or by the corresponding control unit (after a certain time).
Heated rear seats
The rear seats are heated in the same way as the front seats.
