Heated seats (Mercedes-Benz A-Class W168)

The seat heater switch is located on the center console.

The seat heater switch is located on the center console.


1. Turn the ignition key to position 1 or 2.

2. Press the switch.
  • position 1 - normal heating mode;
  • position 2 - accelerated heating. Both signal lights on the switch are on. After about five minutes, the system automatically switches to the normal heating mode.

3. Press the switch at the top to turn off the seat heating if one indicator light is on. If both lights are on, press the bottom of the switch to turn it off.

The seat heating switches off automatically after approximately 30 minutes of operation.

Attention! If many consumers are connected or the battery is not charged enough, the seat heater may not turn on. In this case, the indicator light or both on the switch will flash. As soon as the voltage in the network becomes sufficient, the seat heater will turn on automatically.
