Details of installation of cardan shaft
2 - cardan shaft; 5, 21, 200a - Bolts; 6, 20, 36 - Washers; 7, 35, 88, 200 - Nuts; 18 - Engine support; 19 - Engine support bracket; 56 - Oil seal; 87 - Flange
1. Raise the gearbox with a jack.
2. Loosen the engine mount nut (35). Turn away bolts (21) with washers and remove the engine bracket (19) along with support (18).
3. Turn away cardan shaft from a transmission. Remove the bolt (8) speedometer shaft mounting (9) and take it off.
4. Loosen the mounting sleeves in the cardan flange. To do this, use a drift with a diameter of 10 mm and a length of approximately 150 mm.
5. Loosen the driveshaft nut and move the driveshaft away from the flange towards the rear of the vehicle.
6. Turn away bolts (200a).
