Removal and installation front wheel hubs (Mercedes-Benz G-Class W463)

Front Wheel Hub Installation Details
1 - Sealing element holder; 2 - Upper wheel pivot bolt; 3 - Steering knuckle; 4 - Adjusting washers; 5 - Hinged casing; 6 - Hub; 7 - Protective cover; 8 - Internal slotted nut; 9 - Locking plate; 10 - External slotted nut; 11 - Drive shaft; 12 - Tapered roller bearing

1. Remove the hinge housing assembly with the drive shaft (see Section Removal and installation front axle drive shafts).

2. Remove the shaft (11) from the casing (5).

3. Remove the casing (5) from the hub (6).
