Attention! Suspension springs must be replaced in pairs for each axle!
1. Separate the propeller shaft from the final drive gear connecting flange and tie it to the frame.
2. Turn the front wheels to the left until they stop and disconnect the diagonal bar from the frame.
3. Disconnect the vent line.
4. Disconnect the hydraulic line and wiring of the pad wear sensor from the brake mechanism
5. Set the parking brake, jack up the front axle, then jack up the trailing arm brackets.
6. Release the telescopic shock absorber from the lower support (see Section Removing, checking and installing front shock absorbers).
7. Lower the front axle and remove the coil springs.
Note. There is no need to completely squeeze out the ball tip of the tie rod.
8. If necessary, remove the rubber buffer pads.
9. Installation is carried out in the reverse order - make sure that the ends of the spring bars fall into the thrust recesses in the lower plates.
Note. Replacement springs must be color coded the same as the original.
