Attention! The suspension springs must be replaced in pairs for each axle!
1. Separate the cardan shaft from the connecting flange of the main gear drive pinion and tie it to the frame.

2. Turn the front wheels to the left as far as they will go and disconnect the diagonal bar from the frame.

3. Disconnect the vent line.

4. Disconnect the hydraulic line and the brake pad wear sensor wiring from the brake mechanism
5. Set the parking brake, jack up the front axle, then place supports under the trailing arm brackets.

6. Release the telescopic shock absorber from the lower support (see Section Removal, checking and installation front shock absorbers).
7. Lower the front axle and remove the coil springs.

Note: It is not necessary to fully compress the tie rod ball joint.
8. If necessary, remove the rubber buffer inserts.

9. Installation is carried out in the reverse order - make sure that the ends of the spring rods fall into the stop recesses in the lower plates.

Note: Replacement springs must be color coded the same as the originals.
