Front ABS Wheel Sensor Rotor Installation Details
1 — Rotor
2 — Drive shaft
1. Disassemble the drive shaft (2) (see Chapter Transmission line).
2. Clamp the shaft (2) in a vice.
3. After sharpening by 2 mm and breaking it with a chisel, remove the rotor - try not to damage the shaft.
4. Before mounting on the shaft, heat the replacement rotor to a temperature of approximately 80°C, then use a suitable mandrel.

ABS rotor installation details on models with rear disc brakes

1. Remove the axle shaft (2), disassemble it (see Chapter Transmission line) and clamp in a vice.
2. Using a suitable tool, remove the rotor (1) from the axle shaft.
Note: On models with internal rotor seating, remove the slotted nut (see Chapter Transmission line).
3. Installation is carried out in reverse order.
