Electric Shut-off Valve Installation Details on Models 163.113 (612 series engine)
1 - Fuel line; 2 - Intermediate branch pipe; 3 - Sealing ring; Y75 - Electric shut-off valve


1. Installation details of the electric shut-off valve on models 163.613 (612 series engine) are shown in the illustration, to which all references found in the text refer.

2. Remove the cylinder head cover trim panels.

3. Disconnect the electrical wiring and fuel line (1) from the electric shut-off valve (Y75).

4. Unbolt the shut-off valve (Y75), separate it from the intermediate pipe (2), then pull it forward and remove it.

5. Installation is carried out in the reverse order - if necessary, replace the sealing ring (3).

6. Finally, clear the memory of the on-board diagnostic module (see Chapter Engine electrical systems).
