Electric window lifters (Mercedes-Benz C-Class W202)

The key in the ignition switch is in position 1 or 2.

The side windows can be raised:

1. By the above switches 1–4.

2. Separate switches 6 under the rear windows. To block the opening of the windows, for example, by children, the safety switch must not be pressed. To avoid trouble from children, remove the key from the steering lock during stops.

With the key removed or in position O, the windows can only be lowered or raised when the front door is open.

Caution! If the front door of the car is open for a long time, this will discharge the battery.
