Installation details of the vacuum receiver of the differential lock control system
1 - Lid; 2 - Bolts; 3 - Vacuum hose; 4 - Vacuum receiver; 5 - Cutout in the wheel arch boot


1. Remove the headlight frame (cover) (see Chapter Body), - only on the left.

2. Remove the decorative radiator grille (see Chapter Body).

3. Remove the front bumper (see Chapter Body).

4. Remove the left wheel arch protection liner (see Chapter Body).

5. Remove the cover (1) (two bolts (2) at the front and two at the side).

6. Disconnect the vacuum hose (3) from the differential lock drive vacuum pump (M40) located in the left front corner of the engine compartment.

7. Remove the two mounting bolts and remove the vacuum receiver (4) from the wing panel, carefully passing the vacuum hose (3) through the cutout in the boot (5) - try not to damage the hose.

8. Installation is carried out in reverse order.
