4 - Double-ended hex socket head


1. The details of the installation of the generator drive pulley on gasoline models are shown in the illustrations to which all references in the text refer.

2. Remove the generator (see Section Removal and installation the generator).

3. Lock the generator shaft (2) from turning by inserting a screwdriver into the double-sided hex head (4), loosen the flange nut (1).



4. Remove the multi-groove drive pulley (3).

5. Installation is carried out in reverse order.

4 - Protective cap


1. The details of the installation of the generator drive pulley on gasoline models are shown in the illustration, to which all references in the text refer.

2. Remove the generator (see Section Removal and installation the generator).

3. Remove the protective cap (4).

4. Using the socket head (3), loosen the fastening nut and remove the generator drive pulley (1), - the shaft (2) is locked using the notched section of the socket head (3).

5. Installation is carried out in reverse order.
