1. The EGR valve installation details on models equipped with 112 and 113 series engines are shown in the illustration to which all references in the text refer.

2. Remove the air cleaner cover.

3. Remove the intake air duct assembly with the MAF sensor.

4. Loosen the union nut (89/3) on the EGR valve (89).

5. Disconnect the EGR pipe (89/1) from the intake manifold (19) and the cylinder head.

6. Disconnect the electrical wiring from the EGR transducer (Y31/1).

7. Remove the EGR valve (89).

8. Installation is carried out in the reverse order - to avoid jamming of the throttle actuator lever, ensure that the vacuum tube coming from the EGR transducer (Y31/1) is correctly routed.
