Console Glove Box Lid Installation Details (models produced since 01.09.01)
1. The relevant illustrative material is presented in the illustrations, to which all references found in the text refer.
2. On models produced up to 31.08.01, remove the storage compartment (1) by releasing it from the latches in the box (3).
3. On models produced up to 31.08.01, unscrew the fastening screws (2) and remove the glove compartment (3).
4. Remove the screws (4).
5. Remove the cover/armrest (5) - on models produced from 01.09.01, using a suitable wedge, pry it through the service holes (6), and release the internal fasteners.
