Removal
1. Lower the glass and remove the door trim, see the relevant chapter.
2. Disconnect multi-pin plug 1 from window lift motor 2 (see illustration).
3. Unscrew the two bolts 3 with heads for a multi-sided socket wrench, which secure the electric motor (see illustration 41.2).
4. Turn the motor counterclockwise and remove it through the mounting hole on the door.

Attention! This operation concerns the removal of the window lift motor on the driver's door. The electric motor on the passenger door should be turned clockwise when removing.
Installation
5. Apply a thin layer of grease to the motor shaft splines, such as grease "Isoflex Topas L32", and connect it to the window regulator splines.
Subsequent installation of the electric motor is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
