1. The installation details of the auxiliary fan assembly are shown in the illustration to which all references in the text refer.

2. Remove the upper front frame cross member (1).

3. Unscrew the fastening bolts (2) and disconnect the contact connector (M4x1).

4. Release the outside air temperature sensor wiring harness from the retainers on the auxiliary fan assembly (M4).

5. Pull up to remove the fan assembly (M4) from the engine compartment.

6. Installation is carried out in the reverse order - make sure that the fan assembly is correctly seated in the lower guides.
