Installation details of the evaporator temperature sensor K/V

B10/6 - Evaporator temperature sensor


Attention! All sealing elements must be replaced.


1. The installation details of the A/C evaporator are shown in the illustration, to which all references in the text refer.

2. Remove the evaporator housing (see Section Removal the A/C evaporator casing).

3. Remove the expansion valve (see Section Removal and installation the expansion valve).

4. Disassemble the casing and remove the evaporator (1) from it.

5. If necessary, remove the evaporator temperature sensor (B10/6) (see Section Removal and installation the evaporator temperature sensor).

6. Installation is carried out in the reverse order - the air conditioning system must be filled in a car service workshop.
