Note: All self-locking bolts and nuts must be replaced!


1. The steering pump installation details are shown in the illustration, to which all references in the text refer.

2. Remove the drive belt.

3. Pump out the hydraulic fluid from the power steering reservoir (30a).

4. Disconnect and immediately plug the return line (30f).

5. Disconnect and immediately seal the pressure expansion hose (30i).

6. Loosen the fasteners and remove the steering pump (30) together with the power steering reservoir (30a).

7. Using a screwdriver, remove the retaining ring (30c) and remove the power steering reservoir from the pump assembly.

Note: If necessary, the tank can be removed individually without prior dismantling of the pump.


8. Installation is carried out in the reverse order - do not forget to replace all sealing elements (30b, 30h), ensure that the locking ring (30c) for fastening the tank is seated correctly.
