Front Suspension Upper Wishbone Installation Details


1. The installation details of the front suspension upper control arm are shown in the illustration, to which all references in the text refer.

2. Remove the corresponding front wheel.

3. Remove the shock absorber (see Section Checking the non-return valve).

4. Release the brake line from the retainer on the steering knuckle.

5. Using an extractor, release the upper ball joint from the lever (6) and tie the steering knuckle to the secured suspension elements.

6. Disconnect the upper arm (6) from the vehicle frame.

7. Installation is carried out in the reverse order - the final tightening of the lever fastening elements is carried out after lowering the car to the ground.

8. Finally, adjust the suspension geometry.
