Details of the installation of the electric motor for adjusting the position of the headlight unit
1. The details of the installation of the electric motor for the headlight adjustment drive are shown in the illustration, to which all references in the text refer.
2. Remove the corresponding headlight assembly (E1 or E2).
3. Remove the headlight cover.
4. Turn the drive motor assembly clockwise (left headlight, - E1m1)/counterclockwise (left headlight, - E2m1), release it from the headlight assembly.
5. Disconnect the adjusting lever and completely remove the electric motor assembly (E1m1 or E2m1).
6. Installation is carried out in reverse order.
7. Finally, take the car to a car service workshop to reset the headlight controls using a diagnostic scanner.
8. Adjust the headlights.
