Installation details of the electric motor group for the seat cushion adjustment drive


1. The relevant illustrative material is presented in the illustration, to which all references in the text refer.

2. Remove the front seat back (see Chapter Body).

3. Remove the screws (2) on the frame.

4. Remove the seat cushion (1) from the adjustment mechanism.

5. Disconnect the contact connectors of the drive motor electrical wiring (M25m² and M25m³).

6. Unscrew the screws (3) of the support brackets (4 and 5) and remove the latter.

7. Remove the retaining rings (6) and remove the bearing pins (7) from the fork heads.

8. Loosen the screws (8) and remove the axle holders.

9. Remove the electric motors for adjusting the height of the front (M25m²) and rear (M25m³) edges of the cushion.

10. Installation is carried out in reverse order.

11. Finally, check the proper functioning of the electric drive.

1. The relevant illustrative material is presented in the illustration, to which all references in the text refer.

2. Remove the seat back (see Chapter Body).

3. Remove the backrest cover (2).

4. Press the backrest frame (3) downwards and remove the insert guide pads (1) from it.

5. Remove the lock washer (4) of the regulator axis (7) - the washer must be replaced without fail.

6. Loosen the nut (6) securing the drive electric motor (M25m5).

7. Remove the rubber damper (5).

8. Remove the regulator shaft (7).

9. Disconnect the contact connector (X54/20) and remove the drive motor assembly (M25m5), - pull the cover (1) away from the frame by approximately 10 cm.

10. Installation is carried out in reverse order.
