Removal
1. Move the seat all the way back and remove headrest 1 by pressing the locking button 2 (see illustration). The headrest is removed upwards from the guides 3.
2. Unscrew the bolts 4 with a multi-sided socket wrench (insert) E12 (see illustration).
3. Move seat cushion 5 forward and unscrew the bolts securing the rear part of the seat near the armrests (see illustration 21.2).
4. Tilt the seat back and disconnect the seat heater plug.
5. Remove the front seat.
The seat is installed in the reverse order of removal.
The tightening torque for the seat mounting bolts is 50 Nm.
