Cruise control ensures movement at a set speed.
1. Maintaining the speed of movement (the switch is slightly pressed upwards).
Increase in movement speed (the switch is held in the up position). The speed mode can be adjusted with a step-by-step increase of 1 kilometer by lightly pressing the switch.
2. Maintaining the speed of movement (the switch is slightly pressed down).
Decrease in speed of movement (the switch is held in the down position). The speed mode can be adjusted with a step-by-step reduction of speed by 1 kilometer by lightly pressing the switch.
3. Turning off the cruise control. The speed at the moment of turning off is saved in memory.
4. Output of the speed stored in memory.
5. Switching "tempo-Mai-Speed-tronic". When the tempomat is turned on, the signal lamp on the lever does not light. When Speeduonic is turned on, the signal lamp on the tempomat lever lights. Any speed above 40 km/h can be saved in the memory.
To do this, accelerate to the desired speed or reduce it by pressing the accelerator pedal/releasing it or holding the cruise control switch in the desired position, and then press the switch to position 1 or 2. As soon as the speed is saved in memory, the accelerator pedal should be released. In order to increase or decrease the speed in 1 km/h increments, you need to press the switch up or down, respectively.
When you press the brake pedal, the cruise control is switched off. When the car reaches a speed of over 40 km/h, you can return to the speed at which the car was moving before braking. To do this, press the switch to position 4.
When the ignition key is turned to position 1 or 0, the speed data is deleted from the memory.
To turn off the cruise control, the switch lever should be pressed slightly in the direction of arrow 3. The speed at which the car was moving before turning off the cruise control is saved in the memory.
When the gearshift lever is moved to neutral or when the brake pedal is pressed, the cruise control is also switched off.
After completing overtaking, when you remove your foot from the accelerator pedal, the cruise control switches to the previous speed.
When driving downhill, the set speed may not be maintained. However, after the descent is completed, the cruise control returns to the previous speed.
It is recommended to use the cruise control only when the road conditions and traffic situations allow you to drive at a constant speed.
