Cruise control keeps you moving at the set speed.
1. Keeping the speed of movement (the switch is slightly pushed up).
Increasing movement speed (the switch is held in the up position). Adjustment of the speed mode with a step-by-step increase in speed by 1 kilometer is performed by lightly depressing the switch.
2. Keeping the speed of movement (the switch is slightly pressed down).
Reduced travel speed (switch is held down). Adjusting the speed mode with a step-by-step decrease in speed by 1 kilometer is performed by lightly depressing the switch.
3. Disable tempomat. The speed at the time of shutdown is stored in memory.
4. Display the speed stored in the memory.
5. Switch «Tempo-Mai-Speed-tronic». When the tempomat is turned on, the signal light on the lever does not light up. When the Speeduonic is switched on, the indicator light on the cruise control lever is on. Any speed above 40 km/h can be stored in the memory.
To do this, accelerate to the desired speed or reduce it by depressing / releasing the accelerator pedal or holding the cruise control switch in the desired position, and then pressing the switch to position 1 or 2. As soon as the speed is stored in memory, the accelerator pedal should be released. In order to increase or decrease the speed of movement in steps of 1 km / h, you need to press the switch, respectively, up or down.
When you press the brake pedal, the tempomat turns off. When the vehicle reaches a speed of more than 40 km/h, you can return to the speed at which the vehicle was moving before braking. To do this, the switch must be pressed to position 4.
Turning the ignition key to position 1 or 0 clears the speed data from memory.
To turn off the cruise control, the switch lever should be slightly pressed in the direction of arrow 3. The speed at which the car was moving before the cruise control was turned off is stored in the memory.
When the transmission control lever is moved to the neutral position or when the brake pedal is pressed, the cruise control is also turned off.
After overtaking is completed, when you take your foot off the accelerator pedal, the cruise control switches to the previous speed.
When driving downhill, the set speed may not be maintained. However, after the descent is completed, the cruise control returns to its previous speed.
It is recommended to use the cruise control only when the traffic and conditions allow you to drive at a constant speed.
