1. The installation details of the 612 Series Diesel Engine Camshaft Hall Effect Sensor are shown in the illustration to which all references in the text refer.

2. Open the hood and fix it in a vertical position.

3. Remove 4 screws, release 3 fasteners and remove the right powertrain trim panel.



4. Disconnect the electrical wiring connector (1).

5. Unscrew the mounting bolt (2) and remove the Hall sensor (B6/1).

6. Installation is carried out in the reverse order - do not forget to replace the sealing ring.
