Tailgate Hinge Installation Details
1 - Screw for fixing the hinge strip to the roof panel; 2 - Loop assembly; 3 - Screw for fixing the hinge plate to the door assembly
1. The details of the installation of the tailgate hinges are shown in the illustration, to which all references in the text refer.
2. Mark the position of the hinge strips (2) on the door assembly and roof panel.
3. Fix the door and unscrew the screws securing the hinge strips to the door assembly (3) and the roof panel (1).
4. Remove the hinge assembly (2).
5. Installation is carried out in the reverse order - finally, check the correct fit of the door in the body opening by the size of the edge gaps (see Specifications).
