Fuel Cooler Installation Details for Models 463.323 (M612)
1 - Fuel supply hose; 2 - Fuel drain hose; 3 - Coolant supply hose; 4 - Coolant drain hose; 5 - Fuel cooler; 7 - Mounting bolts


1. Open the hood and fix it in a vertical position.

2. Remove the cylinder head cover trim panels.

3. Drain the coolant from the radiator.

4. Disconnect and plug the fuel supply hose (1) to the cooler (5).

5. Disconnect from the cooler and immediately plug the fuel outlet hose (2).

6. Clamp and disconnect the fuel (2) and coolant (4) drain hoses.

7. Loosen the mounting bolts (7) and remove the fuel cooler assembly (5), disconnecting the coolant supply hose (3) from it.

8. Installation is carried out in reverse order.

9. Finally, start the engine and check the components of the engine fuel and cooling systems for signs of developing leaks.
