Caution! When making adjustments, the gear selector cable must be secured to the gearbox and to the gearshift mechanism, and the cover of the regulator 1 must be opened using a suitable tool (see illustration 8.0).
1. Set the gearshift lever to position D.
2. Disconnect the cable clamp on the regulator (see arrow in illustration 8.0), prying it off with a suitable tool.
Attention! If after adjusting the cable the shift lever "sticks" or moves with difficulty, repeat the adjustment procedure.
