Using the M612 engine as an example
Removal air from the low pressure circuit of the fuel system (using the M612 engine as an example)
1 — Fuel return line fitting
2 - Ventilation hose
3 - Ventilation pump
1. Remove the cylinder head cover trim panels.
2. Disconnect the fuel return line from the fitting (1).
3. Connect the ventilation hose (2) to the released fitting (1).
4. Connect the ventilation pump (3) to the cigarette lighter socket.
5. Continue the ventilation procedure until the fuel in the exhaust stream stops bubbling.
6. Disconnect the pump (3) and restore the original connection of the communication lines.
7. Installation of removed components is carried out in the reverse order of their dismantling.
