Removal



Warning! Jacking up and jacking up a vehicle may present a risk of injury. Read the safety precautions in Chapter "Jacking up a car".


1. Jack up the car and place it on jack stands.

2. Disconnect the exhaust pipe and the catalytic converter by unscrewing the bolts on the connecting clamp and removing it.

3. Remove the bolt on the oil pan.

4. Support the exhaust system and remove the suspension mounts from the muffler and catalytic converter brackets.

5. Lower the exhaust system and remove it.

Installation is performed in the reverse order of removal.
