Removal
6. Remove gear 1 for adjusting the direction of air flow from the deflector, prying it off with a plastic wedge (see illustration).
7. Unscrew screw 1 and remove the wire clip 3 located underneath it by pushing it down (see illustration 2.6).
8. Unscrew the screws 4 (see illustration 2.6).
9. Move the overlay 5 to the right (see arrow in illustration 2.6) and take it off.
Installation
10. Secure the locking tabs of the trim in the holes on the instrument panel and move the trim to the left. At the same time, ensure that the locking pin is correctly seated in the hole for the deflector adjustment gear.
11. Screw in the three screws that secure the trim.
12. Move the wire bracket up and tighten the mounting screw.
13. Install the gear to adjust the blowing direction.
