Releasing/locking the tailgate lock latch from inside the vehicle is done by moving the locking lever in the appropriate direction
1 - To open the door, pull it towards you
2 - The latch is locked
3 - The latch is unlocked


Releasing the tailgate latch lock using the remote control

Releasing the rear door lock latch from inside the vehicle



To disable the locking of the rear door lock latch from inside the vehicle, move the lever of the inner handle lock to the right.



Opening/closing the tailgate from the outside



Pull the outer handle of the tailgate towards you and lift it up, grasping the handle fairing.

To close the door, pull it down, grasping the special recess and slam it by pressing on the fairing (see ibid).

Opening the tailgate from inside the car



To open the tailgate from inside the car, move the inner handle lock lever to the right, then pull the handle bracket towards you.
