2. Damage may be caused by, for example, a pinched belt or exposure to a burning cigarette. In this case, the belt should be replaced.

3. If there is wear and tear without signs of damage to the threads, there is no need to replace the belt.

4. A belt that is difficult to move should be checked for twisting. If necessary, remove the trim on the central pillar.

5. If the automatic rewinder does not work, the belt must be replaced (work of the service station).

6. The belt webbing should only be cleaned with soap and water. Never use solvents or chemical cleaners.

7. Check the airbag installation locations for damage.

8. Clean the surface of the steering wheel and panels under which the airbag units are located with a dry or damp cloth.
