Rain sensor installation details (with appropriate equipment)


1. The details of the rain sensor installation are shown in the accompanying illustration, to which all references in the text refer.

2. Disconnect the negative cable from the battery.

3. Remove the interior rearview mirror assembly (1) (see Chapter Body).

4. Disconnect the electrical wiring (2) from the rain sensor (B38).

5. Press down the locking tabs (arrows) and remove the rain sensor (B38).

Note: The rain sensor lens is glued to the windshield surface and cannot be removed.


6. Installation is carried out in reverse order.
